Relating to prescription drug labeling; prescribing an effective date.

Abstract

Requires pharmacists to label prescription drugs in language other than English if patient to whom prescription drug is dispensed is person of limited English proficiency. Defines "limited English proficiency." Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die.
